so that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please select the appropriate device group from the following three. You will then be automatically directed to the correct return form. Please note the correct address for the return so that there are no delays due to forwarding and the associated additional costs.

Important notes on sending in returns:
- Please note the correct address for sending in the devices, you can see it in the RMA form as well as in the RMA confirmation email.
- Fill out the RMA completely, the more accurate and detailed the error information is, the faster you will get your device back and reduce troubleshooting costs.
- Print out the RMA confirmation email and enclose it with the device so that we can assign your device to the process.
- Please do not tape or damage the original packaging of the product(s), this is especially important when returning units within the trial period.
- For repair please return the device including the power supply unit, please do not send other accessories. We do not assume any liability for the loss of additionally returned accessories!
- Please take care of a careful and shockproof packaging of the goods. We assume no liability for transport damages.
- Please send the freight prepaid (shipping at your expense) and sufficiently insured.
- The issued RMA number is only valid for the return of a device and does not automatically entitle you to a credit note.
