Software change and currency updates

Dear customers,

the latest Euro Series II banknotes were released with the 100 Euro and 200 Euro banknotes, but new banknotes are also issued every now and then for other currencies, so that the counterfeit detectors and banknote counters have to be updated so that these new banknotes can be recognised and processed correctly. In this section of our website, we would like to give you the opportunity to receive all available updates and also storage media for changing the currency combination if, for example, your acceptance of foreign currencies has changed.

Please select the required group in the left navigation (e.g. counterfeit detector) and the corresponding device type in the list that opens below (e.g. CCE 1900). You will then get an overview of all available currency combinations in the overview and with a click on the respective item you will get additional information about the included software. If special calibration paper is required for an update, this is always automatically included in the package and does not need to be ordered separately.
