10-day satisfaction guarantee 

Dear customer, 

Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our products. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you a satisfaction guarantee that allows you to return the purchased device within 10 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions: 

  • No signs of use: 
    The returned device must not show any visible signs of use. It must be in the same condition as it was when delivered, including original packaging, accessories and operating instructions. 
  • Complete: 
    The returned appliance must be complete and all parts and accessories supplied must be returned with the main appliance. Incomplete returns cannot be accepted. 
  • Transport costs to be paid by the customer:
    The costs for the return transport of the appliance shall be borne by the customer. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment to avoid transport damage. We recommend choosing an insured shipping service. 


The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to the following cases:

  • Customised products:
    Products made or modified at the customer's special request are not subject to the satisfaction guarantee. This includes customised or personalised items made to the customer's specific requirements. 
  • Specially procured equipment:
    Products that have been specially procured for the customer at their express request and are not part of the regular product range are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee. This applies, for example, to products that are not in stock as standard and are procured at the customer's request. 
  • CCE 4200/4300/4400 coin counters:
    Due to the special functions of these coin counters, where signs of use are unavoidable, the satisfaction guarantee is therefore not available for these products. This is also due to the utilisation of the satisfaction guarantee for events.

To take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact our customer service department within 10 days of the purchase date to notify them of the return and for further instructions. 
  • Pack the device securely in the original packaging and, depending on the device, use an appropriate outer box as you received the device from us. 
  • Send the parcel to the address specified by our customer service, using an insured shipping service. 
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned device, we will refund the full purchase price less any shipping costs incurred. 
  • The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
