On this service page, we provide you with videos to make handling and servicing our CCE 20 counterfeit detector easier and simpler.

The software for updating can be found in the “Software / Updates” section, the calibration paper is automatically included with every SD card for updating and does not need to be ordered separately.

Update & Kalibrierung

Updating the CCE 20 is very simple:

Insert the SD card

Switch on the device using the key combination

The update is installed - done.

Calibration ensures better recognition of the notes, especially if the device has been in use for some time.

Both updating and calibrating are explained in this video.

A little tip by the way: Before updating, open the device and clean the sensors - this should be done regularly, but experience shows that many people unfortunately forget to do this in the stress of everyday life.
