via our partner company synfis Service GmbH we offer you the possibility for a chargeable on-site service within Germany. Please fill out the following form to contact us. Our partner will then contact you immediately. We also offer maintenance contracts through our partner.

-   No loss of time due to shipping
-   No risk of damage in transit with larger and heavier equipment

Please note that on-site repairs are generally subject to a charge for you and are charged directly between you and our partner company. In the event of a warranty claim, our partner company will only bill us for the time spent on the warranty repair and the required warranty parts. All other costs for special services (desired cleaning, calibration, training, etc.) and the travel costs are to be borne by you. If external fault (e.g. foreign bodies or faulty operation) is discovered during the repair, the repair will be invoiced in full between our partner and you.

Please note the correct and complete company name when completing the form. All invoices and delivery documents are created on the basis of your data. A later change of the documents - also of the invoice - is not possible. We thank you for your understanding.

Please note that repairs are generally billed to the companies that send in the device. It is not possible to bill repairs via any central offices and this has not been agreed with them.
